Entrepreneurship

Building a business brings an idea into contact with customers, resources, operating decisions and the responsibility to make it work.

My entrepreneurial experience began before artificial intelligence became part of my work. It includes event planning, retail and property preservation, alongside my current education and technology venture, iPurpose.

Different businesses, practical responsibilities

Each setting asked me to connect a vision with the people, knowledge and everyday decisions needed to carry it forward. That experience shapes how I evaluate an idea and what it would take to make it useful beyond the environment in which I imagined it.

Polished Affairs

I built Polished Affairs as a wedding and event planning business. The work brought together understanding a client’s vision and coordinating the details needed to deliver an experience.

It also made the relationship between an idea and its execution tangible. Decisions about communication, design and the work behind an event all contribute to what the client ultimately experiences.

Peach State Party Supplies

I operated Peach State Party Supplies as a brick-and-mortar retail business. A storefront brings business-building into daily contact with customers, inventory, operating expenses and the demands of a physical space.

That setting reinforced the importance of listening to what people need and making decisions that extend beyond the appeal of the original concept.

Hamilton & Sons, LLC — Property Preservation

I founded and built Hamilton & Sons, LLC, a property preservation company serving foreclosed and bank-owned properties. The business added another dimension to my entrepreneurial experience, expanding my work into the property services industry.

Learning from an exploration

VZR Entertainment was a media-company idea I explored but did not move forward into production. I had not worked out a practical entry into the production side. I regard it as an exploration and a decision, rather than presenting it as an operating company or a completed production business.

iPurpose: education, structure and thoughtful AI

Today, I am building iPurpose, an education and technology venture connecting personal clarity, practical systems and artificial intelligence. My background in education informs how I think about learning; development and philanthropy inform how I think about partnerships, resources and credibility.

The work has developed into a method, learning experiences, programs, digital tools and a mobile app. I continue to test assumptions and consider how the model can grow responsibly.

Building while learning

I do not romanticize building. Assumptions change, ideas encounter limits and a first approach may need adjustment. Good leadership takes enough clarity to move, enough humility to learn and enough discipline to change course when the evidence calls for it.

I value imagination without confusing it with evidence, and persistence without treating every first idea as something that must be defended indefinitely.
