How inquiry and subscription information is handled

Inquiry correspondence and subscriber preferences are separate. A normal inquiry is not permission for marketing. The MsHmltn.com subscriber list stores your email address, subscription status, consent timestamp, source and the wording accepted. A private preference link lets you unsubscribe or remove that subscriber record.

Optional site analytics measure page engagement and successful inquiry submissions only after you allow analytics. Inquiry text, form fields, email addresses and private preference links are excluded. You can change this choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. This choice is separate from subscribing to updates.

Limited security metadata helps prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Records older than 31 days are cleaned up when a new inquiry is processed; deletion is not guaranteed on the exact 31st day. Full messages and email addresses are not written to website analytics or security logs.
